Jessica joined the Estate as the Director of Hospitality in June of 2016 with a background in wine and a passion for the highest level of hospitality. After graduating with honors from the Accelerated Wine and Beverage Program at the Culinary Institute of America, she quickly passed the Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 & 2.
The experience and intensive training of a three Michelin star environment catapulted Jessica’s career in hospitality to the highest level. She was first hired by Nathaniel Dorn as a sommelier and captain at the acclaimed Restaurant at Meadowood, and then moved in Los Angeles to open Otium with Chef Timothy Hollingsworth as the Lead Sommelier. When Tuck purchased Dancing Hares and needed someone to guide the Estate’s hospitality, Jessica was his first call.
Jessica discovered her love of wine at a young age. Blessed with an uncle with a great palate and deep wine cellar, they always had wines of substance at family gatherings and holidays. When Jessica was 16, he handed her a glass of Gevrey-Chambertin and said, “try this.” She’s never looked back and artfully shares her passion for wine with each one of our guests.
